To check the status of your 7DIAMONDS order; simply log into your account and visit the order history section within your account. Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email, tracking information once available and estimated delivery date.
*Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for your tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.
To cancel or change any order, please email us at customerservice@7Diamonds.com or contact our call center at (877) 577-1963. You may change or cancel your order prior to receiving your tracking information email.
In compliance with individual jurisdictions and tax regulations; sales tax is automatically applied to your order, whenever applicable.
We will try our best to accommodate any changes needed. Email (customerservice@7diamonds.com) or call (877-577-1963) us as soon as possible for any changes regarding shipping address, size, color, style or cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

7DIAMONDS offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Eligible items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you use both a gift card and a credit card and you are returning merchandise you will be credited in the form of a new gift card. The new gift card for the refund amount will be emailed to the email address on the order. If you used both a gift card and a credit card, the gift card will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used on the order.
All orders sent out are eligible for ONE return or exchange, a second label cannot be requested, and the customer will be responsible for covering the postage costs. If an exchange is returned, it will only be eligible for store credit.
FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and 7DIAMONDS reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all brand tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. You are responsible for the care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to return the items in good condition, we hold the right to refuse the items for compensation. Items received outside of our 30-day return window are only eligible for store credit. If the return is received outside of a 60-day window, it will be returned to you.
At this time, 7DIAMONDS does not offer prepaid returns for international orders. Please utilize a trackable postal service to send back items; you will need to cover the postage costs yourself. For further information please contact customerservice@7diamonds.com or 877-577-1963.
Once your return has arrived at our distribution center; please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund or exchange. In some cases, your bank may require additional processing time, resulting in a delay to receiving your funds.
Shipping
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Standard domestic orders will arrive 6-10 business days after the order has been placed and expedited orders will arrive 2-6 business days after the order has been placed. For international orders, please allow 7-15 days for your package to arrive. Note: Additional duties are required to be paid by the customers, depending on when the fees are paid will determine how soon the order will be retrieved.
Our warehouse facility is open Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be fulfilled on the following Monday. In the event that there is a holiday, it will be fulfilled on the following open business day.
Expedited orders must be placed by 1pm PST Monday-Friday to be fulfilled and shipped on that day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
