Returns & Replacements

We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every purchase you make at  7Diamonds.com. Our online return policy is as follows:

  • Purchased merchandise must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase receipt. ***From December 1 - Janurary 1 items must be returned within 60 days of date of purchase.
  • All merchandise must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please include the completed return form in your return package.
  • We are unable to accept COD’s. 
  • We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in mail or transit.
  • We only accept returns for purchases made through 7Diamonds.com

7Diamonds.com will not accept or assume return shipping costs for merchandise shipped outside of the allotted 30-day timeline.

Free Prepaid Returns (USA Only. Within 30 Days)

Included in your original shipment is a pre-paid return label for you to use in the event that you need to return/exchange your merchandise.

  • Complete the return form included in your order
  • Attach the pre-paid label to your return package
  • Drop off return package to your local shipping center
  • Keep top portion of label for personal and tracking purposes
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Refunds and processing time:

If your package arrives within the 30-day timeline specified above; your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will refund you the amount of the original receipt including any tax; sorry, but shipping charges cannot be refunded. We are only able to issue your refund in the same form of the original payment. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for refund to be reflected on your statement.

  • Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account.

Need a different size or color:

If you would like to process an exchange for a different size or color, simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account following the process specified above.

WHERE DOES 7DIAMONDS.COM SHIP?

At the present time 7Diamonds.com can only ship orders to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. 

 

DOES 7DIAMONDS.COM DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

7Diamonds.com does not currently offer delivery on Saturdays. However, we do offer FREE ground shipping as well flat rate 3rd day and next day shipping.

 

DOES 7DIAMONDS.COM CHARGE SALES TAX?

In compliance with individual state tax regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your 7Diamonds.com order if your shipping address is in the State of California.

 

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT 7DIAMONDS.COM?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Orders placed Monday thru Thursday prior to 1pm PST, may be shipped the same day.

*Please note:  Orders placed on Friday, prior to 1pm are not guaranteed to go out the same day and may be shipped out on Monday.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY 7DIAMONDS.COM ORDER?

In order to check status of your 7Diamonds.com order, simply, log into your account and visit the order history section within your account. Once you place an order you will receive a order confirmation email. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include your package(s) tracking number.

*Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for your tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system. 

 

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY 7DIAMONDS.COM ORDER?

To cancel or change an order you placed at 7Diamonds.com, please contact customer service at 877.577.1963 or email us at customerservice@7Diamonds.com. You may change or cancel your 7Diamonds.com order as long as it has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
